* A Special Board of Directors Meeting was held on for April 2nd, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the CCHA Clubhouse. Please review the newsletters that was sent on 4/4 for updates.

* Monthly assessments will increase to $255 on January 1st, 2024. If you have payment sent directly from your bank, please ask them to update to the new amount.

 

* Parking: Review the Parking Rules & Regulations page. You are responsible for informing others in your household, along with your guests and contractors.

 

* Fire/Carbon Monoxide Detectors: Remember to change your batteries every year, and replace detectors themselves every ten years.
