POOL INFORMATION
Opening Day: Saturday of Memorial Day weekend
Closing Day: Monday of Labor Day weekend
Hours
After monitoring pool usage and holding discussions with our pool vendor, daily pool hours through Labor Day will be:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Please note that due to contractual limitations with our pool management company, no one is permitted on the pool deck or in the pool before 10:00 AM under any circumstances. This policy must be strictly followed.
We also need to address an ongoing issue regarding food on the pool deck. Food is NOT allowed on the pool deck at any time. This is a serious health code violation that could result in the pool being shut down by the health department. In addition, food attracts ants and other pests, creates unsanitary conditions, and increases maintenance and safety concerns for everyone using the facility.
Residents and guests who fail to comply with these rules may lose pool privileges.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep the pool clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents through the remainder of the season.
The pool may be closed due to adverse weather conditions, temperatures below 70 degrees, mechanical breakdown or other operational difficulties.
Pool tags do not need to be replaced each year. Blue or Red tags will allow you into the pool.
Replacement of Lost Pool Pass is $10.00
NOTE: Posting of these rules is considered giving notice to all swimmers of these rules and will act as the first disciplinary warning per our rules and regulations. Due to the severity of disregarding these rules and the increased liability incurred by CCHA, no additional warnings will be given.
