As of August 2002, we prohibit leasing of townhome units, and the units must be owner occupied. 

 

We currently charge $250.00 to prepare Closing Letter Packets. This fee may be paid at the time of Closing.

 

We allow (2) Pets.  No size restrictions on dogs.

 

Each unit owner gets two parking places, one garage space and one outdoor numbered space.  Any extra vehicles must park on the public street.

 

Monthly assessments are $255.00/Month and are to be paid by the 1st of every month.  They are considered late by the 10th of the Month and subject to an automatic $25.00 Fine.

For Sale signs are allowed in the front yards of units.
